When we participate in a women’s circle, we carry on the tradition of our female ancestors by forming a sacred community guided by the feminine energy to allow each woman to feel safe, held, heard without judgment, connected, and empowered.
When we sit in a women’s circle, we connect and support sisterhood in a safe space.
Our Sacred Women’s Circle gives each woman a chance to speak their truth without judgment. When we allow ourselves to be vulnerable with supportive, empowering women, it releases the weight of our burdens. We shed light on our fears, thus, diminishing their power. We talk through our stressors and into creative solutions. We can then step beyond the wall of fear, and into the freedom of our strength.
It's a place to build community.
Society has often found ways to break apart the sacred bonds between women. A women’s circle reminds sisters to treat each other as allies, rather than competition. To look at each other and see the unique wisdom & gifts we each carry in our own experiences, our own traumas, our own lives. We allow ourselves to be open, vulnerable, authentic, raw, thus allowing the women surrounding us to do the same. We offer a touch point. A solid rock to come back to for stability and support. We laugh, share our joy, and celebrate each other's wins as a collective. We hold space for each other in times of need and we embrace one another without question.
It's a moment for self-care.
Women play essential roles in society. They are mothers, wives, aunts, sisters, daughters, partners, friends. They uphold positions of power & guide future generations of females to pursue their dreams. They are the queens of multi-tasking, leading both their families and their communities simultaneously.
Often our busy lives get in the way of spending precious time on self-care. Our Sacred Women’s Circle is a moment for self-love. It gives us permission to take time to nurture ourselves. A chance to pause, take a moment, and ask ourselves, "What do I need?"
Being a part of a circle of women offers a time to rest, to connect with sisters, and focus on physical, spiritual, and mental wellbeing.
