(1) 1-hour Custom Flexibility Session designed specifically for your sports team's needs at your preferred location.

Cost includes travel, all yoga props, and customized content for the team members to use at home to further their practice.

Cost: $20 per person, minimum of 6 athletes required

**$60 deposit required at time of booking.

Personalized, 1-on-1 sessions working specifically on your health goals using the best breathing practices to serve you. This is highly individualized & designed to help you get the most benefits in the least amount of time possible.

(4) 45 min. sessions, (1) per week for (1) month

Grab a group of girlfriends and let's design a custom yogic experience just for you!

(1) 1-hour Custom Yoga Class designed specifically for your group at your preferred location.

Cost includes all yoga props for up to 8 students.
