Each type of class offered has been designed for all levels, with an emphasis on the use of props (& everyday items) to facilitate your personal practice. Yoga really is for everyone and here at Wild Woman Yoga, we create a comfortable & inclusive atmosphere that allows for all to feel welcome.
Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance for other physical activities. After a workout, yoga will help your body relax while stretching and strengthening, allowing your muscles to repair and grow. Yoga also increases longevity by helping you become less injury-prone by hydrating muscle and connective tissues, thus reducing inflammation.
Yoga not only improves your body but also helps with slowing the mind and relieving anxiety & stress through mindfulness and meditation. The ability to be present, to fall asleep and stay asleep, increase your creative problem solving and improve your focus are just a few of the benefits you may experience. Taking a break from daily life to focus on yourself and get clarity can be a life-altering decision for both you and those you love.
