Yoga for Flexibility

You know how we often tend to feel stiff, tight, & sore from our everyday lives? 


This specialized yoga class uses Gravity Yoga, a mat-based, targeted mobility training method to help open up and release stiff backs, locked-up hips, and tight hamstrings (plus more). If you are trying to improve your flexibility, this is for you!

Classes are 1 hour.

All-Levels Slow Flow

 You know how in a flow yoga class and we can get lost trying to move quickly from one pose to the next?


Our All-Levels Slow Flow class is here to solve that problem! Based on Classical Ashtanga Yoga, we move at a slower pace, emphasizing safe alignment and moving intentionally with your breath. This creates a safe environment for newcomers to gain familiarity with various yoga poses and how their bodies move in relation. 

Classes are 60-75 mins.

Yoga for Deep Sleep

You know how we struggle with disconnecting from the noise of today's world?  Attempting to turn off our minds and bodies to rest and recharge only to come away frustrated?   

Want to achieve sound sleep that leads you to a refreshed life? 


This class uses Yoga Nidra, the yoga of deep relaxation, as a systematic way of inducing complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. This guided meditation frees us from tensions and brings balance. It is a much more efficient form of rest and it is said that 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is as restful as 4 hours of conventional sleep. Try it and decide for yourself!

Classes range from 30 minutes - 1 hour.

Yoga Breathing

Are you struggling to add a daily meditation routine into your life?  Are you wanting results and nothing seems to be changing?


Why don't you try Yoga Breathing instead!?! Unlike meditation that can be frustrating and slow to learn, Yoga Breathing is very accessible, & you'll feel the results right from our first session! No experience is needed. Some of the benefits of Yoga Breathing include improved sleep, reduced anxiety, balanced energy, improved mental focus, stress-reliever, and many more.

4-Part Workshops are 45 minutes each, for 4 weeks.

Why Yoga?

Yoga has been a part of my story since college and a big part of my personal growth & development. Yoga taught me how to slow down. Yoga taught me how to focus on and to feel the different parts of my body. I began to understand how my breath could be “sent” to a specific location and used to create space and release tension. All of these newfound realizations of my body and breath translated to concrete changes in the rest of my life. 

And that is what I want to share with you! The Yin side of life...

I am here to bring the slow flow, the strength, the stretch, the movement connected to your breath.  I am here to bring you the balance you have been searching for in a world of constant action. I want to help you slow down, tune in, stretch out, and leave feeling centered and peaceful. 


I offer a variety of yogic practices, ranging from guided meditations to yoga breath coaching, to mobility & flexibility training, to yoga for deep sleep, for you to pick and choose from to best suit your needs at this moment.  I am here to be your yogic teacher, to guide you along your path to your highest self, to a life lived unconditionally.
