I am an energetic, enthusiastic, passionate, easily excitable (lol), action-oriented person thus, that is who I am as a coach! I am your ultimate hype (wo)man! I am also someone who loves to create, take action, and then reflect - always looking for improvement.

how it works
It all starts with a FREE Discovery Call
This first hour-long Discovery Call is to:
get to know each other,
talk about what is top of mind for you, as it relates to living your life's purpose, have a laser coaching session,
& to see if I am a good fit for you.
If we decide to move forward, our online Life Purpose Coaching Sessions are one hour long. These sessions can be fully flexible with your schedule.
I hold these via Zoom and see my clients normally one session per week.
This is not essential, it’s completely up to you how often you’d like the sessions. Some clients meet with me every other week or
have one session a month.
We can always play with the schedule as you change, and as your life changes.
There is a minimum of a 2-month commitment to ensure you see the results you are desiring through consistency and accountability.
